Instructions:
- Marinate the beef:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, and black pepper. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and set aside.
